 Well I finally got the April BULLETIN on the streets. I have to thank Nathan for taking care of me. They are a little short handed at the shop.  Nathan's brother ( I forget his name) was sent off to the big house for the crime of hunting with a gun. Sandy Martinez who BULLETINMAN actually supported at one time (boy that was a mistake) gave him 5 years. There is no justice there is only just-us. I went to Hillsboro today and the Courthouse was closed for Truman's birthday. Now why in the world would the STATE of Missery celebrate one of the greatest murders of mankind. Harry bombed Hiroshima and Nakaski the only two Christian enclaves in Japan, which killed over a million.  Harry is also the first president who put US troops under the UN. Harry also hung out Chan Ki Check and gave China over to the Communist. Don't forget that he also fired McArthur and was a 32 degree Free Mason. So it does make perfect since that the STATE would celebrate on May 8th. I also made it to DeSoto and managed to spread out a few BULLETIN's. The Wall is in town, it's @ the Armory the park is just to wet. If you get a chance go by and see it.

The rains have returned and have been parked over the St. Louis region for the last 36 hours, is that normal? I see where the board game Monoply is going cashless. Another sign of the times! I did hear from Jack and he tells me that Tuesday the CC Council voted  all in favor of keeping Debbie Johns. (What is up with that?) They also voted 5-3 to ask the STATE to audit the City and they are going to get a second opinion from another lawyer. Has it is in modern day America the lawyers are the only ones who win.

This is an attempt to state it simply, because if you understand the problem, then you're going to see the solution clearly as well. If it doesn't make sense the first time you read it, try reading it again. Eventually, the whole picture will sink in...

A quick history of money

1) Once, gold and silver were considered the only ''real'' money, but it was heavy and risky to carry around...

2) So people paid goldsmiths to store the money, and got paper receipts for it...

3) After a while, people used the receipts like money, and left the gold in the bank most of the time. So the bankers got clever and came up with a scam...

4) The banks printed off receipts for more gold than they actually had, and ''loaned'' those receipts out to charge interest on it. As long as everyone didn't redeem their receipts gold at the same time, this let them make a lot of money charging interest, because they could charge interest on MONEY THEY DIDN'T HAVE.

An analogy can be made using property and titles. Here's the scam in another way:

Step 1: Acquire a vacation home,
Step 2: Sell the title to the home to one person,
Step 3: Sell the title to the home to a DIFFERENT person,
Step 4: Hope they both don't show up on the same weekend!

Fractional reserve banking lets a bank say to a depositor that all his money is safe and sound at the bank, while at the same time they get to loan most of it out to someone else to charge interest on it. So there are two people with a legitimate claim to the same pile of money. So whose is it, really? And where is it?

It gets stranger: When you receive your loan, if you deposit it into a bank, this bank can loan your loan money out again. This process can be repeated indefinitely, and if you do the math you find that much more money is on deposit in all the banks than existed in the first place. This begs the question... where did all this extra money come from? It had to come from somewhere, right? This would be true if all money were physical objects, but today money is a concept, an idea, a number. The answer is... it is created by the bank!

What does this mean?

1) Loaning money while claiming it is still on deposit increases the money supply, essentially creating more money (otherwise deposits would vanish). In essence, for the bank to have your cake and loan it too, it must create more cake. This increase in money supply is the cause of inflation.
2) Almost every dollar that exists is owed to a bank somewhere, because at some time in history, it was created when it was loaned out.
3) The amount of money owed to banks is more than all the money in existence! So we cannot possibly get out of debt under this system. The bulk of this debt is in the form interest, which is an arbitrary amount of money banks demand in return, but never gave.
4) There is no money, in the real sense. Just checks, data stored on computers, and promises. It is all created by typing on a keyboard, and signing signatures. The only tangible assets in regard to money anymore is the collateral we pledge when we ask for a loan. The money they loan you comes from nowhere, but the assets you lose in foreclosure are real!
5) Because the US government borrows from the Federal Reserve, bankers have the power to influence our society and government by controlling finance. They decide to create (or not create) money depending on who's asking, and for what. They choose what projects get funded, and let other needs wither on the vine by starving them of working capital. This subtle yet immense power is more than enough to undermine democracy, and guide the course of a nation's history.

So what's the solution?

Simple. The public must demand that money must not be created by loaning it into existence. It must be something that is openly and publicly controllable, issuable, accountable, and interest-free.

Otherwise, a class of parasites will rise to power in society by cleverly disguising the fact that the money they are creating, spending, and buying the world up with is...

Money that isn't even real.

I had to laugh how they buried to the Crystal City election on page 18. The folks at KJFF and the LEADER have shown their true colors in response to the smelter story. These people simply hate America and the American way of life. They are not worthy of the trust that the simple minded majority of the area's sheeple put in them. We live in a sad sad world. One day Pat Martin amd Captain Kirk will pay for misleading the people and ripping off the advertisers. Jim Kennedy once remarked that if he knew 10% of the people in Crystal City where opposed to his plan he would pack it up and go. Well Jim count the votes less than 400 voted for your smelter buddies. There are 4,000 people in Crystal City. I guess that is just another lie? The only ones who are going to get rich off this deal are the Fing Lawyers. Mark my words the Smelter deal is over. 10 years from now should Jesus tarry Jack will still have the same view. The bummer about the whole deal is that if Crystal City would have had a Mayor with half a brain and a City Council that had a little courage they could have made 3 million on the deal and had a world class sports complex. Then you wouldn't have their street supervisor "Dink" crying about not having any money to do their job. I'm so glad that I don't live in Crystal City anymore! Oh by the way, things are really getting intresting in the middle east. It seems that May 14th is the 60th anniversary of the birth of the state of Israel. Every living American President along with George W are going to be in Jerusalem. Secret talks have been going on for the last 2 years between Israel and Syria. George has stated that a peace deal could be done this year. If this deal is done perhaps this could be the confirmation of the covenant. If it is than the tribulation period is about to begin in less than 30 days. If you are a pretrib rapture person such as yours truly that means we cold have less than a month before we are out of here. (THANK GOD See ya wouldn't want to be ya) So keep that in mind. No man knows the hour of the LORD's return but we will know the season. Just some food for thought. Well it's election night let me go over to the radio and see if I can tune in the Mighty 1400, the "talk of jefferson county" damn, it don't work at night, what happen to the night system? So let me see if I can get J-98, and at 9:16 they have the Leah show no news there. I've checked their websites and nothing there. What a shame..So I called C4 President Gentleman Jack Ginniver and he gave me the good news that they took all the contested seats in Crystal City something like 60/40. That is some good news. I have to thank Wes Wagner for not fixing the election. (Heck if I knew he was that honest, I might have run for something). Their having a good time tonight in Crystal City.  It is refrshing to see the good guys win every once in a while.  I'm going to e-mail Mr. Kennedy for his reaction, Jim has been good at getting back to me I really want to know what he thinks about this sudden turn of events..

Has BULLETINMAN was making the rounds on Saturday, I ran into Sheriff Boyer @ Clarks Barber Shop in Crystal City. He told me I could "kiss my ass" has I handed him the latest BULLETIN. Sheriff I love you I don't want you to go to hell. I just want you to understand that the vast majority of the citizens of this great county are fed up with the Nazi "brownshirts" that troll the county in search of food for the beast machine. I was really touched how many of the local merchants and citizens put up their signs in support of Andy the solider who lost his life fighting for our freedom. Many of these people are waking up and realizing that the real  enemy of this country is within the establishment. If we the people really want to honor the memory of our fallen soliders who have given their life overseas they should demand that our elected leaders honor their oath to defend this country from all enemies foriegn and DOMESTIC.  To be quite honest with you I'm not afraid of Osama Been workin for CIA or it's creation Al Kida. I'm a hell of a lot more concerned about local law enforcement who allow the real terrorist to operate within this County. These terrorist operate daily in the health department when they give deadly "vaccines" to the young and the infirm. They operate in city government when they poison the water with flouride ( a great rat killer).  How about the chemtrails? Three to five days a week planes are up violating the airspace of Jefferson County spraying God only know what. What is the Sheriff doing about that? Does he even realize that there are people out there who have dedicated their vast fortunes to the destruction and enslavement of mankind.  These people have infiltraited the highest offices in the land. One once said or was it a bumper sticker that Freedom isn't free. We are no longer a free people in this land. They may wave the flag and tell you that you are free but it is just a lie. I understand that the vast majority of our so called elected officials are in China this week. I'm sure that they will swing by Tibet and help their new trading partners beat down a few monks while they are seeing the sights. You all know that I suffer from AGP (anti-government phobia) so I must be delusional. I was always under the impression that the United States was supposed to be about freedom and what is right.  Do you realize that 85% of what is made in China is sold at Wal-Mart. China is drowning in dollars and those worthless pieces of paper around the world have to come back home. (The majority of American's still believe that the dollar is worth something, the rest of the world realizes the truth) That is why the citizens of Crystal City are going to have a smelter in town owned by the Communist Red Chinese. Aren't they a sworn enemy of America? Maybe we the people should be at the airport when these traitors who are overseas selling out this country come "home".  We could give them a welcome home party. How long will the average citizen have to suffer? We the people have been sold down the river...

Festus lost another son to the war in Iraq last Sunday. Andrew Habsieger was killed in an explosion, he was only 22 years old. What a crying shame, another life lost for what? If you really want to support the troops than we should impeach the Commander in Chief. We went to war based on lies and now over 4,000 (closer to 70,000) of our young men and women will not come home. The ones who do make it home will be sick from the Depleted Uranium and all the vaccines that they were forced to take. America has been overthrown by the military industrial complex. Please pray for Andrew's family they have made the ulitmate sacrifice. How many of the President's children have been killed in Iraq? How many Congressman's children have been killed?  Why do they send the poor to fight the war?

Well I have heard that Ken Waller is a Republican he is running for treasurer again. I have a question from Mr. Waller who is supposed to be a "Christian" and a "good guy" (this according to an email I got from a very reliable source) How come I have never heard you mention the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report? Which is supposed to reflect the true financial state of the county. What if the County had millions invested and could run off the dividends that these investments yielded? What about the schools? The cities? What would your life be like f you didn't have to pay property and sales tax?
 I was so happy to see that Glen Boyer has some competion this year. Jeff Crisel is seeking the Republican nomination. Jeff is a no nonsense old school police officer. I suggest that you get to know him. He runs a place called Possibilities in Herky, stop by and see him. Imagine the possibilities of a good god fearing Sheriff.

My friend Dora the Exploer from Church used to work for the Prophecy Club. She has a bunch of DVD's so I was checking out Anthranx, Vaccinations and the Mark of the Beast by Dr. Leonard Horowitz.  America is still under the rule of the British Crown. It really does all go back to England. Every problem that you have in life can be traced back to the root of the bitter tree of Tyranny.    Well I heard that the "fired" Jefferson County Deputies have found jobs in Washington County. Say what? It happens all the time, when a cop gets fired one place they end up in another in no time. There is actually a Sheriff's race in Washington County this year so I wonder how this will play out in Potosi. You all know that I care not for Sheriff Boyer. I think that it a shame what has happened to him. Twenty years ago he was a good guy, you all know the power story. At least he fired them, where he failed is that he didn't arrest them and of course we know that they have never been charged. As a matter of fact I heard about a special PA but I haven't heard anything since.  So once again we have proven that the new protected class in America is the whole 9-11 Crowd. Think about that would you? I was on KTRS this afternoon and told Mr. Christopher that I believed that the police are waging a war against the American people. He flipped out..I guess he doesn't know the police the way I do..It is sad he was talking about a Prayer meeting today in St. Louis. It was the Mayor's prayer breakfast and they invited a Wal-Mart exec to speak @ the Prayer meeting which was being held in honor of the fallen officers. Someone needs to pray,  woe until them that call evil good and good evil.  85% of what is sold from China is sold @ Wal-Mart. Yes indeed pray for the police, pray that they would get saved and open their eyes to the fact that they are nothing more than pawns being played by the powers that be. Pray that their eyes would be opened to the truth of what is really going down in America.

 BULLETINMAN has been on the phone today and I'm simply amazed.First of all I have been trying to get hold of Ron Casey in Jefferson City since Friday and he hasn't called me back, so unlike him. I pray that he is well. STOP THE POSTING..FLASH, RC has called me. Now if all our elected leaders were like Ron, this country would not be on the highway to hell... Ron is very concerned about the state of the economy and was telling me about some Compressed Natural Gas that only cost 91 cents a gallon.  Wouldn't that be nice... The election has really got me bummed out. Here you have $3.00 gas, over 300 familes kicked out of their homes in Jefferson County in 2007. We spend over 12 Million a year on "law enforcement" and we can't find a missing pregnant lady for the last 2 years. We have a group of deputies who started a bar fight back in Septmember who have never been charged let alone arrested. I have to give Glen kudo's he did at least fire them. Though the whole Sheriff's department has become nothing more than revenurers. Half the people in jail are there because of money or the lack there of. The police state prison complex is in place and no one wants to try and undo these wrongs... I sometime wonder why I even try...It is so so sad...In Jefferson County MO there are 150,000 people above the age of 18. That is 150,000 people who can vote. Out of 150,000 how many people do you think are running for the office of Sheriff? One..The current Sheriff, is Glen Boyer doing that good of a job? I guess I'm going to have to just quit if what he is doing is so popular. I spoke with Janet Englebach the head of the Republican party here in Jeferson County and she tells me that only one person has contacted her about the Sheriff's race.  No one is stepping up to the plate to run against Ed Kemp the 1st District commissioner either. Is Ed doing that good of a job? What is wrong with this picture? Apathy is indeed our greatest enemy...

Seldom are we reminded. Certainly not by the monopoly press. That those who rule us, do so ONLY with our consent. Without a line-up of tanks in the streets, without a declaration of martial law, this basic premise of the American Republic has been overthrown. It is after-all we the people, right!

 Well the people in Hillsboro and DeSoto where happy to see the BULLETIN.  I have to give a shout-out to all my homies @ the Courthouse. I was a good citizen and left a few dollars behind. I also left them with about 50 BULLETIN's. The paper seems to be a hit in Hillsboro. BULLETINMAN has learned that the City of DeSoto is being sued by the teenagers who ran off the cliff back in November. Channel 2 was in town asking questions and they showed the thin cable that was supposed to stop the cars from falling into Queen's downtown parking lot. The city hasn't done anythng to correct the problem.  What is wrong with the leadership in DeSoto?  It is the same as it ever was, there is nothing more terrifying than ignorance in action. The damn shame about is that you and me pay for their mistakes. There is no justice here in America there is only just-us.

  I have heard from a few of my peoples that the Fed's are going to come down on me. I don't know for what? am I a "terrorist"? Did I plan the WTC attack, did I lie abut WMD's, Did I blow up OKC? Did I burn the children @ Waco, Am I selling out my fellow American's to the Red Chinese? Am I letting all the Mexican's come here illegally?  Am I evicting hard working American citizens from their homes? No I have only figured it out. How about you? Just about anyone who can think has discovered just who the real bogeyman is...9-11, just think about it, you'll get it!  I'm just posting fair notice as to where we the people are coming from.  You know, I'm not the one who has taken an oath to uphold the Constitutions and on a daily basis perjuring (breaking)  that oath.  I love you all and don't want to see anyone die. Everyday it becomes more clear that someone isn't telling the truth.  The fraud is being exposed and that makes some people very nervous. The big lie is about to be shattered, are you ready?   To all those who have stuck with me over the years, traffic has never been better and to the vast majority of the people over 90%, you are  real American hero's. They that be with us are way more than they that be with the losers.  For in the end if they aren't with the LORD than they do lose don't they?

The divorce regime is the most totalitarian institution ever to arise in the United States. Its operatives in the family courts and the social service agencies recognize no private sphere of life. "The power of family court judges is almost unlimited," according to Judge Robert Page of the New Jersey family court. "Social workers are perceived to have nearly unlimited power," a San Diego Grand Jury concludes. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Total immunity [enjoyed by social workers] is absolute power."

The divorce regime is responsible for much more than "ugly divorces," "nasty custody battles," and other clichés. It is the most serious perpetrator of human and constitutional rights violations in America today. Because it strikes the most basic institution of any civilization – the family – the divorce regime is a threat not only to social order but to civil freedom. It is also almost completely unopposed. No political party and no politicians question it. No journalists investigate it in any depth. A few attorneys have spoken out, but they are eventually suspended or disbarred.
